MR. ANIL KUMAR RUIA
Vikram Saraogi, aged 37, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also completed his Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management (Finance) from IMM and has a Master degree in Commerce from Kolkata University. He is presently responsible for overall supervision and working of Finance & Accounts department alongwith the Legal & Company Law matters of the Company. He is also looking after the Demerger implementation process of the Company and Human Resource Matters with other related works.
He has his past experience in handling the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Rs 281 crores of a Steel Company and was sole in charge of all the secretarial compliances of the Company related to Stock Exchanges, ROC, RBI, SEBI, Depositories and other statutory authorities.
He has also worked with an Infrastructure Finance Company in Kolkata and has a good working knowledge in financial modeling/ structuring & debt syndication and analyzing the statistics/ trends and future expectations of an infrastructure project to frame out various corporate strategic guidelines.

Mr. Bhupendra Singh Saklani has been appointed on the Board of the Company as an Additioanl Wholetime Direcor w.e.f. 31st January, 2020. Mr. Saklani has a great work exposure and vast experience of more than 35 years in the Tea Industry. He has been associated with the Tea Industry since 1985.He began his career with Goodrickes and served there for 18 years where he planted more than 200 hectare of young tea. Thereafter he joined Assam Company India Limited in the year 2003 and was associated with the organization for 16 years.
/ MR. BHUPENDRA SINGH SAKLANI
Mr Anil Ruia, has a law degree from King’s College, London and is a chartered accountant. He is a director at Botraco Limited, a privately held business involved in the importation, distribution and converting of textiles. In addition, the company has a controlling stake in Warren Tea Limited India, which is engaged in the business of growing, manufacture and sale of black tea.Mr Ruia has many external interests involving organizations in community, business, educational and charitable affairs. He is currently Chair of the Board of Governors of the University of Manchester, a Board Member of Higher Education Funding Council in England (“Hefce”) and until recently a Board Member of Arts Council England. In the past Mr Ruia was a Board Member of the North West Development Agency, the Manchester Asian Business Forum, M2002 Limited, National Museums Liverpool, The Manchester Grammar School and The Commonwealth Film Festival together with a non-executive directorship at Granada Television Limited.In October 2002 was elected President of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was awarded an OBE in January 2001 for services to business, and he is also a past High Sherriff of Greater Manchester.
