/ MR. ANIL KUMAR RUIA
Mr. Anil Kumar Ruia holds a law degree from King’s College, London and is a Chartered Accountant and has received an Honarary Doctorate from the University of Manchester. He has expertise in Specific Functional Areas of Administration and General Corporate Affairs. He is also involved in philanthropic, social and charitable activities. At present, Mr. Ruia is holding directorship in Botraco Limited, a privately held Company specializing in the textile importation, distribution and conversion. He has previously served as a Chairman of the Board of Governors at the University of Manchester and held board positions at the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), Arts Council England, the North West Development Agency, the North West Cultural Consortium, the Manchester Asian Business Forum, M2002 Limited, National Museums Liverpool, the Manchester Grammar School, and the Commonwealth Film Festival. He has also been a Non-Executive Director at Granada Television Limited. In 2002, Mr. Ruia was elected President of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Recognized for his contributions to business, he was awarded an OBE in 2001 and later appointed High Sheriff of Greater Manchester in 2010. Beyond his corporate endeavors, Mr. Ruia has many external interests involving organizations in community, business, educational and charitable affairs.

/ MR. AKHIL KUMAR RUIA
Mr. Akhil Kumar Ruia holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley, U.S.A and Master degree in Management from the London School of Economics, U.K. He has also worked at Barclays Capital in London. He has his expertise in Specific Functional Areas of Finance, Administration and General Corporate Affairs. He plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, streamlining operations and upholding corporate excellence.

/ MR. SANDIP DAS
Mr. Sandip Das brings over 23 years of diverse and comprehensive experience in Operations and Commercial matters. He has been an integral part of the Company since 2014 looking after the overall management of the Company and contributing significantly in shaping its financial governance and operational effectiveness.

Mr. Das possesses deep expertise in budgeting, cost control, operational management, implementation of internal audit frameworks. His strategic approach and understanding of financial and operational framework play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and organizational excellence.

Mr. Das had earlier held senior positions at the renowned organizations including United Spirits Ltd. and Century Plyboards (India) Ltd.

/ MR. ADITYA MORE
​Mr. Aditya More is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce of having experience of more than a decade in the field of Accounts, Taxation and Finance. He was earlier associated with Rossell India Limited before joining the Company.
